It also been indicated for lowering cholesterol, preventing heart disease, osteoporosis and blood clots. Chemical analysis has revealed that green tea contains significant amounts of water-soluble vitamins and minerals, particularly zinc, manganese, potassium, niacin, folic acid and vitamin C. In fact, one cup of green tea has more vitamin C than an orange. green tea has 100 times the antioxidant strength of vitamin C, and 25 times that of vitamin E. The antioxidant capacity of green tea is better than twenty-two various fruits and vegetables. Chamomile: is mostly known as a tranquilizing herb and one of the oldest garden herbs, whose reputation as a medicinal plant shows little signs of abatement. Considered a universal remedy, it continues to be used today to battle illness, promote calm and relieve anxiety at bedtime. As a tisane (herbal tea), it is naturally caffeine-free. The herb can therefore help to relieve nausea, heartburn, and stress-related flatulence. It may also be useful in the treatment of diverticular disorders and inflammatory bowel conditions such as Crohn's disease. Used as a lotion or added in oil form to a cool bath, it eases the itching of eczema and other rashes and reduces skin inflammation. It can also speed healing and prevent bacterial infection. For those who suffer from occasional joint or muscle pains, including bruises, swellings, and neuralgia, a hot fomentation of the herb, repeated several times, will usually prove beneficial. ONE WARNING If you suffer from ragweed allergy, do NOT use chamomile.

MINT is anti-cancer Whereas traditional cancer treatments work by attempting to destroy the cancer cells, the mint attacks the tumour's blood vessels, starving it of oxygen and nutrients. This type of treatment would therefore reduce side effects.
